Comprehensive Orthopaedics and Musculoskeletal Care has brought together a dedicated group of individuals who put the needs of every patient first. Given the often painful and uncomfortable circumstances under which we meet many of our patients, every member of our staff stands ready to make your time under our care as relaxed and informed as possible.

Our Administrative Staff

The Administrative Staff of Comprehensive Orthopaedics manages the day-to-day operations of our multi-physician practice. Our administrative staff serves as a liaison between hospital, physician, patient and office.

Front Office and Secretarial Staff

The Front Office and Secretarial Staff serve to assist patients in setting appointments and managing and updating patient records. Our Front Office and Secretarial Staff prides itself on its efficiency and interpersonal skills. These staff members ensure that patients bring the necessary information to an appointment such as MRI or CAT Scan films.

Insurance & Billing Department

The Insurance & Billing Department of Comprehensive Orthopaedics serves as a liaison between patient and insurance carrier to ensure that both patient and carrier are fully informed about the services Comprehensive Orthopaedics provides. This department also oversees patient payments as well as payments received from participating insurance plans. To find out if your insurance plan is accepted at Comprehensive Orthopaedics, please check out our list of participating health insurance plans.

Surgical Scheduling Department

Our Surgical Coordinators are responsible for booking patient surgeries at the appropriate facility. Our schedulers make every effort to accommodate your needs and process all the necessary hospital paperwork and insurance authorizations that may be necessary.

Medical Records Department

Healthport has contracted with Comprehensive Orthopaedics to release medical records on our behalf. Healthport is a national release of information company that is HIPAA compliant and adheres to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations. There will be a charge for records, which will be the mandated state rate of $.65 per page. If you have any questions or concerns or need to reach a Healthport representative, please call Healthport Customer Service at 800 367-1500.
