Keith Aldrich, MD
Dr. Aldrich earned his medical degree from Harvard Medical School and went on to complete a general surgery residency at Massachusetts General Hospital followed by an orthopedic surgery residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Texas. He also completed a fellowship in plastic surgery of the hand. While he specializes in hand surgery, he sees patients for all general orthopedic needs. In his spare time, he enjoys scuba diving, basketball, football, running/fitness, and exploring museums.
Elizabeth Cook, MD, FAAPMR
Doctor Cook joins us from Wisconsin and has been in practice for more than 20 years.
Aaron S Covey, MD, MBA
Aaron Covey, MD, MBA, is a highly skilled orthopedic surgeon trained to use the latest arthroscopic techniques for many conditions of the shoulder, knee, hip and elbow. He has special interest and expertise in total shoulder and elbow replacement, as well as the management of ligament, tendon and surgeries of the shoulder, elbow, knee and ankle. Dr. Covey's area of expertise also includes hip and knee joint replacement, trauma and general orthpaedics. In addition, Dr. Covey enjoys basketball, ice hockey, softball, skiing/snowboarding, and when he can get away, travel.
Jon C Driscoll, MD
A member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Dr. Driscoll attended John Hopkins University where he received his B.A. He received his M.D., as well as completed his Orthopaedic surgery residency, from Yale University School of Medicine. He completed a Fellowship at the New England Baptist Hospital in Boston. This provided specialty training in sports medicine and allowed him to work closely with the Boston Celtics. When Dr. Driscoll is not practicing medicine he is spending time with his family.
Adam Ferguson, DO
Craig Foster, MD
Dr. Foster graduated from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in 1972. He works in Wallingford, CT and specializes in Orthopaedic Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine.
Leonard A Kolstad, MD
Dr. Kolstad is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the Anthroscopy Board of America. He attended Wagner College in New York earning a B.S., and Colorado State University earning a M.S. He continued at Creighton University where he received his M.D. For both his family medicine and orthopaedic residencies, Dr. Kolstad chose University of Connecticut. He is also a part of many organizations including the North American Arthoscopy Association. When he is not with his patients, Dr. Kolstad can be seen golfing or skiing.
Ronald S Paret, MD
Dr. Ronald Paret, MD, FAAOS grew up in New Hampshire and attended Colby College, where he received a B.A. in Chemistry and was a two season Track and Field enthusiast and award winner. At Hahnemann Medical College (now Drexel University School of Medicine) in Philadelphia, PA he completed his MD degree and was recognized with the Surgery Prize for his medical school class. He met his wife, Janet, a class mate and Pediatrician. Dr. Paret continued at Hahnemann University Hospital for internship and residency in Orthopaedics with additional training completed in Pediatric Orthopaedics at Elizabethtown Childrens Hospital and Hershey Medical Center and General Orthopaedics at Atlantic City Medical Center. At Hahnemann as Chief Resident and received extensive training in Trauma, Total Joint replacement, and Spine surgery. Dr. Paret is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He devotes his free time to his wife and three daughters.
Jeffrey T Pravda, MD
Dr. Pravda graduated from SUNY Stony Brook with high honors earning his B.S. He received his M.D. from The Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. Dr. Pravda was Chief Resident in Orthopaedic Surgery at Montefiore Hospital Medical Center and completed a fellowship in spine surgery. He has written several publications on a variety of topics. Dr. Pravda is also a member of numerous organizations including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the National Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Pravda also enjoys golf and skiing in his free time.
Paul H Zimmering, MD
A member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America, Dr. Zimmering graduated magna cum laude from Brown University earning his AB. He also received his M.D. from Brown and went on to complete his orthopaedic residency in Louisiana. He has been chairman of several medical committees, chief of staff at Midstate Medical Center, and an adjunct clinical faculty member at Quinnipiac University. When Dr. Zimmering is not in the office he enjoys traveling and playing golf.
Raymond T Ryan, PT Director
Raymond Ryan graduated from the University of Hartford with a B.S. in physical therapy and a B.A. in Biology. Raymond has been a certified Athletic Trainer since 1987. When not in the office he enjoys saltwater fly fishing.
Melinda Amato, OTR/L, CHT
Melinda is an occupational therapist who specializes in the treatment of upper extremity disorders. She graduated summa cum laude in 2001 from Quinnipiac University receiving her B.S. in occupational therapy and became certified in hand therapy in 2007. Melinda works full time in the Wallingford office. She lives in Durham with her husband, Jeff, and enjoys hiking, working out, and baking.

Tracey Schippani, RPT
Tracey's motto is, "Life is movement and movement is life." She is an active person and enjoy creative hobbies, such as sewing, scrapbooking, gardening, cooking and baking. Tracey likes to access the walking trails near her home with her children and dogs, as well as bike trails near her home and in Cape Cod on family vacations. Tracey significantly enjoys the opportunities she has had and sharing her experiences and knowledge with others, be it her EMT-IV, Physical Therapy or one of her hobbies. She also enjoys others who are willing to share their knowledge and experiences with her. Tracey feels that she has had such great opportunities with many patients and friends to learn about life, it's never ending cycle of joy and loss. "I have been so lucky to have met such great people, who with their poignant stories and experiences have significantly impacted my understanding of life causing changes in my outlook or thinking in a positive way. Simple words can cause great changes."
